Post-16 Application Support Materials
Welcome to The West Bridgford School Post-16
Our Post-16 Open Evening will take place on Thursday November 7th from 5.30 - 7.30pm. In order to make the most of the evening, may we recommend following this procedure:
1. Watch the 3 videos below from the Head Teacher Mr Peacock, the Director of Post-16 Mr Bowie and our Deputy Head with oversight of Post-16, Mr Deans. All offer valuable advice around different aspects of the application.
2. Watch the subject videos of the subjects your child wishes to study, making a note of any additional questions that you have.
3. Read the same subject pages in the new 2025-2026 Post-16 Prospectus (please click on the link to the right), again making a note of any questions that you would still like specific answers to.
4. Bring these questions along to the Open Evening where they can be answered by subject teachers or current students studying those subjects.
